We want to remind you that Xero will be retiring classic invoicing on 27 February 2025.
This change will affect all users, so it’s important to be aware of the upcoming transition.

Starting 27 February 2025, access to classic invoicing will be turned off, and the new version of invoicing will become the sole invoicing experience in Xero. To avoid losing any unsaved changes to draft invoices, we advise against using classic invoicing during this transition period.

Rest assured, you will not lose any historical, saved draft, or repeating invoices. All previously stored invoices will be accessible via the Invoice List page in Xero and will open in the new invoicing format from 27 February onwards.

Many features you love have been integrated into the new invoicing, with more enhancements on the way.

Additionally, Xero has added more how-to videos to their learning guide on Xero Central to help with the transition: https://learning.central.xero.com/student/activity/3482

Xero will continue to improve the new invoicing experience even after the retirement of classic invoicing.
